What lies between you and solar energy at your home?
Here are a few things I learned from the SciAm blog:
1. A mountain of paperwork through multiple agencies – federal, state and local, encumbered by draconian laws.
2. Your own energy service provider
3. Any random chock of houses declared to be “historic”
among, of course, a myriad of other factors.
